A Minecraft pixel art maker converts an image into a grid of real Minecraft blocks using color matching. Eaglercraft Studio’s free tool supports multi-version palettes (1.12–1.21), canvas editing, PNG export, block counts, WorldEdit .schem files, and .mcfunction / raw command exports.

Como fazer pixel art no Minecraft

  1. 1. Upload an image — Drop a PNG, JPG, or WebP — portraits, logos, or any reference art. The guided maker walks you through each step.
  2. 2. Choose size & palette — Use presets (64×64, detail, banner) or custom dimensions. Pick Minecraft 1.12–1.21 and Survival, All, or Custom blocks.
  3. 3. Convert to blocks — We match every pixel to the closest block color for your version and filters.
  4. 4. Edit the mural — Pencil, brush, fill, eyedropper, and replace tools — with undo/redo and original overlay.
  5. 5. Export & build — Download PNG, WorldEdit .schem, .mcfunction / commands, and a block shopping list.

Examples

Practical examples

Image-to-blocks workflows builders use in Survival and creative.

Server logo mural (~64 wide)

Scenario. You have a PNG logo and want it on a spawn wall.

Try this. Upload the logo → set width around 64 → Survival palette → export WorldEdit .schem or block list → build or //paste.

Result. A block-accurate mural with a shopping list for Survival.

Portrait wall panel

Scenario. You want a face or character on a flat wall.

Try this. Upload a portrait → raise detail → lock concrete/wool in Custom palette → export PNG + commands.

Result. Flatter colors that look cleaner than noisy ore blocks in-game.

Event stage backdrop

Scenario. An SMP event needs a themed backdrop.

Try this. Convert a simple flag/icon → fix stray blocks with the pencil → export .mcfunction for creative.

Result. A placeable backdrop without hand-placing every block.

FAQ

Is this Minecraft pixel art converter free?

Yes. Convert, edit, and export PNG, schematics, and commands with no account wall and no watermark.

Which Minecraft versions are supported?

Palettes cover Java Edition from 1.12 through 1.21. Newer blocks (deepslate, cherry, froglight, etc.) appear when you select a matching version.

Can I export for WorldEdit?

Yes. Download a Sponge .schem file compatible with WorldEdit, or export setblock commands / .mcfunction files for vanilla servers.

What is the difference between All and Survival palettes?

Survival excludes creative-only blocks like bedrock. Custom lets you hand-pick exactly which blocks the matcher may use.

Why does small pixel art look different in-game?

Some block textures (terracotta, TNT, ores) average to one color in the converter but look noisier when placed. Increase resolution or lock a custom palette of flat blocks like concrete and wool.
