Hroptatyr "the wise" for bedrock

Hroptatyr , also known as The Wise, is one of the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah. this is the same as the last one i made but when loading up bedrock Minecraft i realized the skin was buggy so i just removed some of the shades to fix it. there isn't much of a difference either way, this one is just a little lighter than the other.
