Creepy Colorful (v1.1.1)

This mod is for NeoForge 1.21.8. Creepers are now a colorful bunch thanks to Creepy Colorful! And logical features were added to Creepers. For example, they don't turn white when they explode, they vibrate. Creepers explode from a greater distance when they spot players, and Creepers are afraid of creative players who might detonate them.
