Swamp Stilt House

Hey There! After a long break from Minecraft, I wanted to challenge myself with a new mini-series where I build houses for each biome that this game has to offer! Doing research, taking inspiration from how different cultures adapt housing depending on their terrain in real life, and, of course, adding a bit of my own touch to each one! Taking a lot of inspiration from the Myanmar stilt houses in Burma, Southeast Asia, I really wanted to utilise bamboo and the new sulphur block, with oak planks breaking up the yellowy style. By adding the small porch for hanging out washing and traversing the swamp biomes opened the opportunity to add a small kayak as well for the extra world-building! Got a biome request or building suggestion? Let me know in the comments! 💭 Available in .scheme, and .litematica files. Please enjoy! <3 --------- If you would like to follow the ongoing journey, then check out the playlist here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLaBIGcm5FA1U&si=eKV8J_tJRytfYU70 Resource Packs / Shaders Used: https://faithfulpack.net/ , https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/batman-paintings/ & https://sildurs-shaders.github.io/ Check out my other builds on my profile, mostly
