Sparse islands in the sky - kotisaaret - with mods

Adds floating islands which are quite sparse, based on vanilla terrain generation. Requires some additional mods to deal with structures and ocean biomes. I could not figure out how to add an alternate download, but the resource pack is NOT a resource pack. It is an alternate datapack for essentially the same thing but less sparse, and I made some changes to the underside of the islands. I will likely not be updating this datapack because I am not interested in terrain generation and do not enjoy it. Please feel free to make your own edits.
