Endure Data Pack

Allows players tagged with "endure" to survive almost any damage with 1 HP remaining (customizable by modifying "endure_limit" of "endure:compute" data storage). As a consequence, disables Resistance for other players (as it's necessary for fetching damage taken without the player actually taking damage). Proof of concept for a post in r/MinecraftCommands .
