Arnorian Black Fortress Known in existing lore as the Citadel — the ruins of Taras Lúna — this fortress marks the place where the Arnorian Ciris first tore open. Deep beneath its stone lies the Subdimensional Anchor Chamber, home to the Mirror Altar: the site two witches of Arnor once fought and died to reach, in a desperate bid to seal the rift that had unleashed the maelstrom upon Annúminas.
