【English】 Arcueid Brunestud is one of the heroines of Tsukihime. She is the last princess of the True Ancestors, a royal bloodline of born vampires, and a combat-oriented True Ancestor created for battle. She is immune to garlic, crosses, and all other anti-vampire relics, and can walk in sunlight. She is innocent, whimsical, and childlike, yet surprisingly unfamiliar with modern common sense. At the beginning of the story, she is cut into seventeen pieces by Shiki's Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, but regenerates almost immediately and forces him to help her hunt her nemesis, Roa. She possesses physical abilities and regeneration far beyond human limits, as well as near-godlike powers such as Marble Phantasm. She claims to be 17 years old, but her actual age is around 800 to 900.
