Since scrudge2 has won second place on my batman's rogues gallery contest I asked what batman villains she wants me to make and she said red hood (joker) or kgbeast and since I made joker not that long ago and I got requested to make the batman who laughs I decided to pick kgbeast anyways hope you like the skin
