Minecraft Happy Ghast that Follows You

I made the happy ghast follow you after you tame it. It only spawns as an adult I think. It eats seeds for some reason. It can be on your shoulder where ever you go. You cant ride it or put any harnesses on it. The hitbox is VERY small.
