What is the Beta Fixed Plugin? BetaFixedPlugin fixes some known bugs in Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 and adds some useful quality-of-life features. Silk Touch Plugin: https://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/goldsilktouchplugin-gold-tools-have-silk-touch/ Bug Fixes: Mining speed: - Fixes the incomplete tool "efficient block" lists. In vanilla beta, axes and pickaxes only get their speed bonus on a short hardcoded list of blocks, so lots of blocks take absurdly long to mine even with the right tool. Block Drops: - Wooden stairs and cobblestone stairs now drop STAIRS. In vanilla beta they drop plain planks/cobblestone and the stairs item is lost forever. - Breaking a block with the last durability point of your tool no longer eats the drop. In vanilla beta, if your pickaxe breaks on the exact swing that breaks a stone/ore block, the block is destroyed and drops NOTHING. Armor Durability: - Modern per-material armor protection. In vanilla Beta 1.7.3, protection is based ONLY on the slot (a leather helmet blocks exactly as much damage as a diamond helmet). Miscellanious: - Mobs hitbox adjusted to include the whole body.
