Teach Librarians MAX level Enchantments!

If a player brings a master level Librarian, a max level enchanted book, and right clicks on them, the Librarian will 'learn' the taught enchantment, and sell it. The cost is the minim level based price (Lvl 1 = 5, Lvl 2 = 8, Lvl 3 = 11, Lvl 4 = 14, Lvl 5 = 17, Treasures are 2x the cost). Full details on how this is accomplished as well as how to edit it are included in the 'readme.txt'. Yes, this means if you bring 'Soul Speed III' back to a master Librarian, they'll learn it. NOTE: Librarians still sell random enchantments, so can this be abused? Yes. Is it still tedious, yes. It's your game, play how you want.
