Byzantine Basilica

My version of the architectural type of the paleochristian basilica specifically (since basilicas were used till 19th c). It's my second medieval structure and one of the biggest ones I've ever made, which also took me one year to finish. It is highly based on my standards (st demetrios and achoiropoietos basilicas in thessalonica) and my views, with some additional decorations from other buildings of the era. It is consisted of a 3-aisled church and 2 collonades. The left room in the narthex functions as a cemetery chapel with a tomb. As u noticed, i used terracotta to represent the floor mosaics and raw gold for the wall-mounted mosaic on the sanctuary niche. In the left side of the nave, there's a small glass view with supposedly older mosaics found during excavations (inspired by Achoiropoietos). I know it's not one of the best in category but it's my first try of a byzantine church More are about to come so stay tuned. The basilica was built as part of a bigger project called "Basileuousa", the target is to build a multicultural and multi universe city with no exceptions. If u wanna take part in, contact me freely
