Sestajovice Center Tucked into Denebol Prime, Sestajovice Center is a small public square anchored by a handful of low-rise civic buildings — modest in scale compared to the towers around it, but deliberate in every detail. The project draws heavy inspiration from a real-world concept by the Czech architectural studio UPSTRUCTURE , reworked here into the district's own materials and setting. Before this square existed, the site was home to student dormitories belonging to Denebolian University — housing that moved out once the university and its student body relocated wholesale to the new Denebolian University Campus (DUCA) in Borrowland. With the dorms gone, the district was free to become something else entirely: a small, human-scaled public square rather than another set of towers. Design The square is framed by a cluster of low buildings finished in warm cladding — tile, timber-toned panels, and colored glass — set around an open plaza with a central water feature, seating, and rows of trimmed trees.
