Memorable Suspicious Stews!

The default Suspicious stews last...woefully short. So now they last a memorable long amount of time. Full details and instructions on how to modify the duration can be found in the 'readme.txt'. CAUTION: The 'wither' suspicious stew lasts 19 seconds, or just long enough to reduce a full health player to 1/2 heart. So there's a chance the player will die if they consume this while not at full health. It's a gamble...as it should be (don't trust soups found in ruins!) The duration of effects is shorter than potions, and longer than tipped arrows.
