Disable dog jump attack

A simple datapack that prevents your dog from jumping during an attack, increasing its dps. The way it works is that it temporarily increases dog's gravity attribute when it is close to the target it's attacking. Dogs will still bounce slightly, but they shouldn't jump durning an attack.
