Realistic Interact with Water (RI2W)

RI2W - a data pack that improves water interaction. All improvements: Now you can block weak water flows. Now rivers, oceans, and bodies of water have a current. Every minute, the current changes direction. Now you take damage from falling into water (less than when hitting a solid block). When you exit water, you remain wet for a short time (particles).
